Delivery Information

Delivery is free to the UK and goods are sent by Royal Mail as standard. Please note that Royal Mail first class is not a guaranteed next day delivery service and you should allow 1 to 3 days for a normal delivery.

Some larger orders will be sent, at our discretion, by a next day courier service at no extra cost. Please note that there may be an extra charge for non UK mainland deliveries. On the your basket page before the checkout, you can see how much this costs when you select your delivery type.

You can select an upgraded delivery option by Courier Delivery at an additional cost. All orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday), will be despatched on a same day basis. Courier delivery will deliver as standard on a next working day basis. Their service excludes weekends. Therefore, orders placed on Friday before 4pm, will be delivered on Monday.The courier will deliver between 9am - 5:30pm on a working day.

ALL COURIER PRICES ARE FOR A STD SIZE BOX WITH A WEIGHT LIMIT OF 25KG. THIS WILL GIVE YOU SPACE FOR AROUND 4 CARTONS OF INK (100-200 epson compats or up to 20 toners) BEFORE YOU HAVE TO PAY THE RATE AGAIN FOR THE NEXT BOX.

*The delivery cut off for orders placed on a next day delivery is 4:00pm (Mon - Thurs) and 3:45pm on Fri.

Super saver next day deliverys are delivered on a next working day basis. If your order is suitable for this shipping method, you will be given this option in "Your Cart".
